As of February 2024, the nonprofit Conservation Resource Center (CRC) no longer brokers tax credits but it maintains its ongoing and expanded nonprofit educational, research and policy initiatives.

CRC attorneys created Colorado’s tax credit transfer market in 2000 at the request of Colorado landowners and its land conservation community. Now, credit transfers are supported by the private sector in Colorado and nationally.
